Hitting and Hitters Discussion Dropping back elbow

I would appreciate any help and ideas for me to get one of my players to stop dropping her back elbow. I have talked till I'm blue in the face about not loading to early. I just can't seem to get her to wait and drive that elbow, or slot it, or anyone of the terms you would like to use about getting that back elbow into position to hit.

Please, this is not about the starting position of the elbow since I know there are varying views on that subject. Is there a point were you just throw your hands up and say my head hurts from beating it against the wall? I have been trying all season so I don't give up easily. I would appreciate the help and advice?

Is the elbow dropping so to speak or the hands moving down ward as she goes to separation?

Grip plays a big part to this also so take it one piece at a time.

Is she dropping her hands or are her hands changing angle to almost horizontal causing her elbow to move into her body?

She does not do much of a load since hands are already back pretty far. She just seems to immediately drop or almost tuck elbow into side. I will check the bat angle at next practice. She seems to do well with tee work but of course there is no timing involved there. What age Bandits team is that in your avatar, dd's play for 14u OFC Blast.
