There is no exact size for a womens bat.
It will depend on the player size and strength but most "women's bats" are under 25oz where mens can go up to 30 oz. (Youth naturally much lighter and smaller)
Most female players 16U and above swing 33" to 34" bats. The sooner the player can learn to swing a longer bat the better.
