The 18-U Buckeye Heat (Abraham) team was eliminated by the Central Ohio Lady Rebels, not the Elite. We had a rough weekend with a 2-2 record and lost twice yesterday despite out-hitting our opponents 7-4 in the first game and 11-3 in the second game. We left 12 runners on base in six innings a 3-0 loss to the Rebels.
In 14-U, the Cincy Doom won the winner's bracket and the Buckeye Heat (Allen) are playing the Heart of Ohio Force. Winner of that would have to beat the Doom twice.
At 12-U, I believe the Tidalwaves were beating the Buckeye Heat (Clark) in the final game. Heat (Clark) had won four or five in a row today to reach the finals and beat the Tidal Waves to force the if game.
At 16-U, the Cincy Tribe were playing the Valley Extreme Red in the winner's bracket final. I think the Lasers Green beat the Buckeye Heat (May), which would have put the Lasers, Stingrays, Tribe and Valley Extreme in the final four.
