Unless it's changed in the last 6 years, OHSAA told me it doesn't matter if they haven't played, will play or won't play, the rule is still 4 from any sanctioned school including Freshman. That as well as all coaches rules apply

That makes no sense, as OSHAA can not punish anyone that does not play High School ball (for their High School)
