Who would you recommend for a hitting coach in the Cincinnati area?

I know Howard Carrier has done great things with one of my h.s. players. I attended one session and was quite impressed. I have to admit I don't think I know any other ones in Cincy since I live 90 minutes away, but he seems to me to be very, very good.

I have to agree, Howards probably the best there is. my daughter has been going for about a year and thinks the world of Howard and his instruction has been nothing but awesome. he has quite a history of girls (and boys) under him that have been very successful, from beginners to olympians....

Besides Howard there are also: Cliff Killian, Andrea Kostas. Someone who has their numbers might want to pass that on.

Howard Carrier also works with pro baseball teams and national softball teams. We are honored that he has taught our daughters. I can't wait to see him again as he is a wonderful person.

My DD has worked with Cliff Kilian as a hitting instructor since January and we could not be happier. ?I don't know anyone more dedicated to the fastpitch game than Cliff--and he is a great teacher. ?Cliff is in Cincinnati and teaches out of a location in the tri-county area. Cliff's e-mail is ckilian@cinci.rr.com and he checks it regularly.

We are no longer conducting hitting lessons in the "Diamonds & Dreams" Academy, so if you wish to schedule lessons with Cliff you will need to contact him personally. His e mail address is: ckilian@cinci.rr.com.

Due to numerous requests we will be conducting classes for "slapping and bunting" and "basic defensive" clinics. More information and details about these classes will be coming out this fall. Classes will be taught by Chris Miner. If you have any questions at this time or to let me know of your interest in these classes please e mail me at: chrism@fuse.net.
