Since both Lenski and I help coach the same team, we both teach our kids the same way: elbow to target, ball facing away from body, flexed knee at toe touch, throwing elbow slightly above shoulder during hip rotation, release, follow through and extend. I'm not much for technical words, I will leave that up to you and others on this board.
I actually get out and throw with our team, how is YOUR team doing? How does YOUR arm feel these days?
