LOL, like most places there is an individual talent but no organization wanting to travel or with big dreams. We've had two badgers of lake county (daddy dice and now Dennis). They live here yet they can't stop putting every player and organization down. Just from teams DD played in there have been 4 D1 players and numerous D2 and 3. Unfortunately team broke up but talent does exist. Energy was after out time, thank GOD.

I am from Lake co as well and have had many run ins with both of the above mentioned. Please Please Please dont catagorize the rest of us in Lake co with those two. THEY BOTH ARE THE BEST JUST ASK THEM! :lmao:

When I describe my area I always say " TONS of great players " but no large organization that has been able to group all that talent and keep it at home . That was the goal of the old Wild Thangs . But I must admit T Alvelo and M Cunningham would not be Pac12 and SEC bound if the Thangs stayed together -- We would have won a huge majority of our games but recruiting is what it is . there are LOTS of college players in our area that dont realize how good they are because they dont understand how the ( recruiting) game is played . Most still think you show up at a tourney , play well and a coach " see's you" .
