I'd imagine this is still being decided so pretty hard to post a list, wish list maybe. For us, we applied to play top notch teams and since not needing a PGF on our schedule we like the Laser's event of the past. So, please share your position vie email or PM if not on this forum. Thanks.

Im guessing not too many Ohio teams will try and go the PGF Nationals route this year- you have to have the committment and like minded families to make it work. It's one thing to talk hotel/gas costs its another to talk plane flights & rental cars. Most of those families have already sough out teams like the Bandits/NJ Intensity/ Lasers/ Atlanta Vipers/ etc.

Teams that aspire to play PGF Nationals have to be serious about recruiting and exposure to make the jump- these nationals attract the best of the best (more than you midmajors) and you have to have a team of potential D1 recruits to make it work. I think alot of Ohio families still believe that you don't need to leg these miles to get recruited....IMHO, just saying that you played PGF Nationals is a resume builder- something that kids can put in their emails to college coaches.

14's I'm guessing most of the Ohio teams this year will opt for ASA Nationals in Illinois and opt to play the Lasers Showcase rather than NQ

16u is the group that might give this a shot- either way ASA or PGF you are in California

18's it depends on the amt of exposure/competition the team still needs/wants

Buckeye Heat 97 - Brininger got accepted into the 16U portion, and we chose to go the PGF route. We are planning on going to Cali for either ASA or PGF this year, and believed the PGF portion of Lasers may attract the higher end teams? May be wrong on that, but that was our thinking.

does anyone have address to the fields

There is not just one set of fields. They will be broken up by age. Last year they were in 6 different parks I think. Now they have added the PGF Qual to it, there will be more. If you look for the north east side of Columbus you will be safe. Reynoldsburg, Gahanna, Pickerington. Or anything around the airport.
