Hello Coaches!

Welcome to the 2016 LGSA Early Bird Tournament. This is a 2016 ASA Eastern Notional Qualifier

This email will provide some information to help with tournament organization and get us ready for another great tournament!

1. Registration fees are DUE (payment in full) NOW. Many of you have already paid in full, THANK YOU! It is appreciated....

2. All teams must register and sanction ASA and place their team rosters online at:https://www.registerasa.com/Account/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2fdefault.aspx
The sanction fee is a one time (2016) fee and good for all ASA tournaments, leagues and events through the end of the season. Once complete you will receive a sanction number.

NOTE: If you are already sanctioned ASA for 2016, you MUST still verify your team is registered on the ASA website. Your ASA Commissioner will NOT do that for you. Once your roster is online, please print and have parents sign it and bring a copy with you to the tournament, you will need to TURN in a copy for tournament records.

3. Items you will need at tournament check in: ASA Sanction Card, Copy of your Official ASA Roster, A Copy of your Team Insurance, Copies of ACE Certification and Concussion Certification.

4. The official tournament T Shirt is available for pre-order. I have attached a order form in pdf format. There will only be a LIMITED number of these shirts available at the tournament. The ash gray shirt is only available as a pre-order item. Please note: The team list on back of order form is an example only, ALL teams in the 2016 tournament will be listed on the t-shirt.

We are getting really close to this tournament...wondering when we'll see a schedule? We've already got schedules for many of the following weeks. It be great for those of us coming from out of town to know if we need to take work off early on Friday. Thanks for the help.

Schedule is DONE and will be emailed to coaches within the next few hours. There were a few last minute withdrawals. The schedule was completed and ready to send twice, but dues to injuries, school and other spring time obligations some teams were unable to make it. With that said all remaining teams are confirmed. The team list is updated here on OFC..
