Lisa Fernandez Cut From Olympic team

Sad to see, but we have some very talented pitchers behind her and now it is their turn. I would love to see her as a part of the team in a coaching roll. She has been great for softball. What a role model.

I bet come the 2008 final desion on the team......I bet she will be on it! Mark my words. Maybe the US is playing mind games with the rest of the competition in letting everyone "think" she has been cut. Just a thought.

I agree with "Heat29" and "redrover".........what a great player who would be very valuable in a coaching position.

I also say she will be on the roster........in some aspect.
