Miken Maniac 484 Fastpitch Softball Bat MFMC (-10)

Last night I bought my DD this -10 bat as a late-Christmas surprise (32/22) b/c a friend of her's had this model during FallBall, so she tried it out and she loved it (though she usually swings a 19-20 weight/time to get stronger!). I found it brand new for an excellent price, with no shipping cost, so I couldn't pass it up.

Anybody know much about this bat, or know anyone who has it?

My dd used one for the last half of her season. She loves it. It's a good weight for her bat speed. Ball really jumps off the bat. She also likes that it doesn't vibrate and she can still bunt with it. I think you got a winner. Good luck to your DD

I bought a 32/22 a couple of years ago and my dd loved it so much that I also bought a 33/23 for slapping since it is balanced and lightweight. She uses the shorter bat when she is hitting away and needs bat speed. The other players on the team love the name.

I have had several players use it recently, and they said it really vibrated and hurt their hands, but they weren't wearing batting gloves. Not sure if there is a connection, but I do know the handle is extra-thin. Not sure if they were holding the bat too tight or too loose. Once they acclimated themsleves to the bat, they started liking it.
