Am I reading the NCAA rules correctly? A high school JUNIOR, and her said parents, can not have any contact with a coach, even on an official visit to the college? Thanks for your insight!

A college coach CAN make contact beginning Sept. 1st in the prospect's junior year.

Prior to Sept 1 of the athlete's Junior year , the athlete can contact coach via phone, email but coach may not contact athlete, athlete can go to campus and talk to coach, but athlete must intiate visit
After Sept 1 of Junior year coach may email or write athlete but not call, athlete can be asked to arrange and "unofficial" visit to campus ...again athlete must initiate visit by calling, coach can not call you, can talk to you on phone it you call them, then after July of Junior year coach may call athlete... this is our understanding and if it is an NIAI school there is no restriction of contact or communication, I believe the dates of contact may vary slightly depending on D11/D111 vs D1, please correct me if this is wrong.....
