Nice. We've seen your org three times this year and been impressed every time, from the top down.

Thank you... we are working on consistency from 9u to 18u in how we coach, instruct and play the game. It will take a couple years to get it throughout the org solidly but it will come.

I was watching our 9u team hit last night in practice and about 1/2 their girls mechanics are pretty close to Howard C's teaching .. I was impressed that after just 1 winter they had some girls getting it... next year will be a leap forward with 6 teams 11u and younger this year moving forward with a whole year of it... should be fun to be a part of.

Nice article. I look forward to learning more about the style of hitting that the Hawks promote so I can resolve any differences in what I teach my daughter now. In time I'd like to help with the hitting instruction with the organization.

Thanks.. would love to see the SWO org's work with us on the fall one .. I will be in touch in Aug as we start to put together next years clinic... if we could get 4-5 org's to participate with all their coaches it will really help raise the bar for our kids...
