Would just like to pass along that the 18U Englewood Thunder had great success over the weekend at the Queen City Showdown at Mid America Ballyard. Thunder ended up Runners-Up, falling to an excellent Louisville Magic team in 8 innings by a score of 4 - 3. Folks watch for the Magic's pitcher, Foster, who is headed to Bellarmine University in the fall. She is the real deal. I watched her all weekend. Aside from her outstanding pitching, she can hit the ball and she has class and sportsmanship to boot.
