Leaving from Team A to Team B with no gains in coaching, schedule, recruiting, or similar issues is odd but I've seen it happen and one will never understand the issue for they "don't ride in the car with the people wanting out". If you have a gain in playing time... well... that could be on the player's abilities. Not the coach. Leaving because of parental decisions is usually a mess waiting to happen and the team is better off due to a purge if you will. Each situation is "of it's own" and I still say cut'em loose. You may even need to do a chest bump with your coaches once the stressful cancerous situation is a goner.
