I'm setting in my pharmacy deciding which anti-depressant to start. If you look at our schedule as it was before this season started we have played 3 , YES THREE , freakin regular season games, the other 2-3 were add on or make up's. we have had 3 cancellations with one school . move it ? maybe but mid-late OCT in ohio isn't exactly pretty. MD

Agree, but I feel like we got more fall ball games played. LOL Im just bitter as I just wanna see some games, even if not my own kids game at this point. My DD was off today and I was calling others trying to find a game to watch.. All NEO games got rained out.

Our Assist coach called me in such a fit it sounded like he was carrying on a foreign language. Was cussin and rantin about teams not working with us to schedule makeups -- gonna be ugly trying to get all the conference games in plus make up with non conferences . MD

got to love this explanation to not being able to play on sundays like yesterday when our JR high team had a DH on the HS field ---- They can because it's not school affliated , the jersey says " Notre dame ", it's our field -- it's 100% ND kids , but its NOT school affiliated , while the boys hold open gymm at the HS on sundays also , but HS softball can't be played. GRRRRRRRR MD

Why cant softball be played on sunday is there a rule, could of had double header yesterday was just beautifull outside now the fields will probly be to wet tomorrow to play. My dd has played just two games out of seven now the rest of the week looks kinda cold .

I believe it's against Ohsaa rules to play a double header when you have school the next day. Our superintendent will not allow us to play on Sunday for religious reasons.

My new profile is my DD's HS field. We will never play a home game in 2011. We are not allowed Sunday games for religious reasons as well at our school

Avon had their Varsity, but JV was cancelled. It's messed up if you ask me. We (JV) have played only 3 games out of 9 games scheduled.

10! Wow, I thought we were in bad shape - - we've played 2 out of 7. When it started snowing in the first game (April 5), I thought we were goners. They stuck it out though. 3 of those 7 games won't be made up at this point.
I've told anyone who will listen that as long as softball season is on - there will be rain or snow on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I'd go 50 to 60 ft and if a batters hit a ball that hits the roof ... it's a "do over"
