Site question for Umpire Registry/Umps Needed

I guess, my question is, is this an active post section? Something seems like this section isn't working right because my "new" post is listed behind all the "older" posts on the second page? Just throwing my thoughts out there, I think this is a great section, especially heading into spring. I'm just not sure it's been checked out after the update or something. Thanks!

I made it a sticky, now it at the top. Not really sure how many umpires visit the site in a week. So I hope this help you find some umps.
