COSTA MESA, Calif. - The ninth-ranked Vanguard University (15-3, 6-1) continued their win streak on Tuesday afternoon, after two wins over the University of Saint Katherine (8-18). The Lions earned their first win of the day during the fifth inning after an 8-0 advantage triggered the run rule. The second win of the day was a tighter matchup, but the Blue and Gold secured the 4-2 win after rallying in the second inning.
