COSTA MESA, Calif. – The Vanguard Lions hosted their seven recruits on campus late last week, bringing the incoming class together for the first time on the diamond. After a dinner at the field and time spent bonding, Vanguard Softball happily announces its new faces for the 2018-19 season. Featuring seven incoming freshman, the newest members of the Blue and Gold will be looked to fill the shoes of four outgoing seniors who played a combined 15 seasons for the Lions.
