DODGE CITY, Kan. – Top-ranked University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma topped Houston-Victoria 8-2 and 12-0 on Wednesday at Legends Park to advance the NAIA Softball World Series.
Houston-Victoria (33-12) only needed to top the Drovers (56-2) once to advance, since they had not yet lost in the NAIA Championship Opening Round. The Drovers will now prepare for the NAIA Softball World Series, which will take place in Springfield, Mo., from May 23-29.
