Sparta Summer Shootout 08 Final Four Results

OFC-Heat Orange defeated the Phoenix to win the Sparta Summer Shootout. ?The Inferno defeated the G.F.O.D. Thunder to finish in 3rd place.

Tournament dates June 13-15th, 2008. ?All teams got in atleast 7 games with a minimum game time of 1:25 no new inning at 1:15. ?No bad for rain knocking out half of Friday nights games and part of Saturdays games.

Ditto: ?While their were a couple of hicups Tom and his crew (family) did a great job of getting fields ready and working the schedule so everyone still got a lot of games. ?I would recommend this tournament to anyone. ?The addition of the OF fences were are welcome site for my OF - lots of games for the $$ - plenty of warm-up area - great spots for between game picnics - nice fields -covered dugouts and bleachers - good concessions, etc.... ?

However Tom in order to get jonnies to come you're going to have to add Walking Tacos to the menu.... ?
