wval, we were also in another tournament this weekend ,but for us it was a no-brainer, this will problaby be the only time we get to play Laser's Gold( 2008 NSA State champs) and with Possibly Indiana Thunder 96 ( 2007 10-U ASA/USA National champs and 2008 ASA Northern National champs) gonna be there , do you need another reason?

Guys, I totally understand trying to play the best. I do know of one tournament where all of the above mentioned will be in attendance. But... back to the Marion Tournament.

Marion was always a favorite when DD was younger. A great new ball park. Every team will enjoy playing in this park.

I would love to see Heat 95 play at dd's home park. I was a part of the board that built the place and played our first travel ball as 10's at the "complex". My lovely wife referred to it as my mistress in the early days with the hours spent there during its infancy.

I've got to take my hat off to you guys. Just about 4-5 years ago, 12U coaches wouldn't even look at each other, let alone talk to each other.

Bh24- Bring the Heat!! Nothin better than a 10 min. drive to ballpark! Had great success @ the Rebellion. We have taken a different path this year. Great concessions (Walkin Taco's) just ask johnnies!! Lots of parking and great field crew!! Top Notch!!!

Wishfulthnk, our coach use to have a similair saying: 'A' teams will always chase other 'A' teams to other tournaments , BUT 'B' teams that say their 'A' teams will make all kinds of excuses as to why they wont come, it appears on here that some of that is happening now! 'A' teams make it happen, 'B' teams make excuses!

Yep, we're in and looking forward to playing in the hometown for three of our players!!! Now, somebody tell us, do we have to get sanctioned by PONY if we aren't interested in the berth? And if so, what do we have to do to get that sanctioning?

And Coach Murph, are you going to be there? We sure hope so.
