I know the 10u's are at bazetta park... Is there going to be a concession stand there?

No concession stand at Bazetta Park. There is a McDonalds, Subway, and Bruger King about one mile from the park in downtown Cortland. Plus numerous gas stations for drinks and ice.

There is also Belleria, Brothers, Ianazones, and Pizza Joe's pizza shops. There is also a nicely priced restaurant called "Top Notch".
