Watkins Memorial HS Softball and our summer softball teams are raising money for new softball fields by raffling a 2012 Chevrolet Sonic. The drawing for the car and cash prizes will be held during the 2nd Annual Alumni game on April 28th at the HS varsity field. We are selling 2000 tickets so the odds are pretty good. There will also be ten $100 prizes. The tickets are $25 each or five for $100. Coughlin Chevrolet, Pataskala is the sponsoring dealership and they have included a free oil change with each ticket. Even if you do not win a prize you still get the free oil change, such a deal. We will have players from all age groups, 8U to HS selling tickets at the True Value Hardware Store, 37 S Main St (SR310) in Pataskala from 9 AM to Noon this Saturday April 14th. Stop out if you can and support softball in Southwest Licking school district. If you can not make it this Saturday and are interested in purchasing tickets please email me at wmsfastpitch@rrohio.com and we will work something out. For those who do not know where Pataskala is on the map, it is between Columbus and Newark on Broad Street which is SR 16. Thanks.
