Ok, my daughter and i go to pitching lessons every week, but this week her pitching instructor wants us to figure out what the term "rolling your arm over" means. We both have no clue but she said do whatever you have to to figure it out so i figured someone on here should know. So what does it mean? Like when someone says just go out there and roll your arm over....

MY guess is reference to the wrist movement in the windup. the movement is such to maximize wrist snap prior to release. As the wrist rolls so does the arm.

The pitching coach is going to tell us at our nest lesson, but wants us to see if we can find out first before the lesson.
