I have to wonder are your twins skills equal to one another? I just wonder if there comes a point when one becomes a little better than the other one. Not trying to stir anything... just an honest curiosity.

I think right now they are equal. They both pitch, but one will tell you she is faster while the other will tell you she is more accurate. There is so much competition between the two that I think it helps keep them on their toes.

My DD will be taking her talents to........Peninsula. She's looking forward to playing with her first tournament team, the Diamond Dogs.

DD will be playing for Maddogs this year. Left Thunder Elite along with some of the other girls. We all (parents and girls) had a great run. Although we truly enjoyed playing for this organization the team was becoming fragmented for a number of reasons. We'll never have a bad word to say about the team or the organization. Good luck Thunder... Looking forward to our new team and meeting new friends. I know the move was right. DD is happy with new team especially because most of her best friends moved with her. Go Maddogs.

My DD no longer plays summer ball. She plays ball in college and takes the summers to develop her skills (her choice). However, if she were young enough, we would still be with the Road Runner Elite. We had so much fun while with the organization. DD cried after her last bat at nationals because she didn't want the summer ball to end.

Oh man do I know this. I keep sweating that my daughter will finally give in and want dance all the time. This is her second year select, and so far the teams have been willing to balance dance with play. But I am worried that the day will come when she is forced to pick, knowing what that choice will be!
