18U Maddogs as DD starts her 8th summer of travel ball (with 2 orgs.). Since 10U, it has been like a roller coaster with ups, downs, twists, turns and then the ride is over all too quickly.

Actually, she really is playing on an adult co-ed slow pitch team that plays double headers on Sunday evenings, as well as a 23u fastpitch team.

Made the move to MC Madness 12U. Great coaches, nice indooor winter practice facility...but what I've noticed the most compared to the other org from last year is they want to teach the game the right way...its not completely about winning, its more about building great players (conditioning and solid fundamentals)

May have already posted this, but DD is with the Sting '96 this year. Only reason we left the old team was to be on a team that was more committed to playing competitively and to gain more experience. So far loving it, first tourney this weekend!!!

Same team as the last 2 yrs only moving up to 16u. 16u Lake Erie Waves. Gonna be at the Laser by Invitation tourney this weekend. Should see what we're made of. 57 and 13 over the last 2 yrs of 14u. We've been in the championship game of all but 3 tourney's in 2 yrs. Off to a good start this year. Rained out in Parma on Sunday to keep from 3 peating and won the Maple Leaf national qualifier in N. Ridgeville 2 weeks ago. Can't wait till this weekend, this Laser's gig is gonna be awesome!
