NSA Where are all the Spring/Summer NSA Tournaments?

Where are all the Ohio NSA tournaments for spring/summer 2008?

Is this an organization thing, where NSA doesn't announce/decide as early as the others? There is information out there on tournaments all summer long for other organizations.

Anyone with insight, please share.....

World Series Qualifier on November 3rd and November 4th in Wilmington, Ohio. Getting ready to post the tournament. Just thought I would reply to your post first.

No, you are not be inpatient. ?Teams must be informed and that is my theory. ?I have been working with NSA to bring NSA softball to Wilmington, Ohio and we have cleared the way to do so and have been given a National berth tournament asap for the teams. ?If you look under the USSSA tournament thread, and click the thread of our last tournament there, (Uniform Blowout), you will see teams like the facilities there. ?Come on down and join us. ?New entries every day.

I have many NSA tournaments in the works for the teams this coming year. I will be posting soon. Probally after this tournament.

I'm sure you will have a great turnout, esp with Nationals at Berliner again this summer. Teams want to get their schedules set & whoever gets their tournament information posted earliest will get the entries. It seems that every year they are posted earlier & earlier for every other organization, except NSA.

I'll keep my eyes peeled for your NSA tourneys!

Wilmington is about half way between Columbus and Cincinnati, just east of I-71.

Chain Reaction Holds a tournament every year in Warren Ohio. NSA WSQ. It has been done every year on Father's day weekend in June. I am waiting on the final approval from our board.
This year we are working hard at inviting college coaches to come down .

Is there going to be an NSA qualifier in Columbus in early June as there has been the past few years? This was held at Berliner. Any info. would be appreciated.

I have heard that the Columbus NSA Invitational will be held May 30- June 1 at Berliner. They are just waiting on confirmation from the higher ups.

Marion Diamonds 10u looking for a place to play before the Toledo Shootout... 10u team.... they requested I hold one in Wilmington. ?But, we don't match up in NSA or try not to.
Just trying to see where Wilmington and I can fit in. ?I know the Fall is in Wilmington as we did this year as nobody seems to want to have a tourney in Fall. ?Like one day tournaments, actually... lol ... and being centrally located, it gives the teams the option of staying overnight (with three block area are three major motels and more restuarants that can be named) or just coming down for the day. ?In the summer and early Spring, we are planning as we speak.
I understand the early and earlier schedules being put out, but we will have our tournaments when availability of the Park is. ?Know of two so far and both are in Chillicothe. ?One is the second weekend in July and the other is the third weekend of October. ?This is one our Uniform Blowout/College Showcase that was played USSSA this year in Wilmington. ?MOre diamonds in Chillicothe and it seems the tourism bureau is at our call to help out anyway they can. ?Soon they ?will have an 800 number for the teams to call for info about Ross County, Ohio. ?This tournament has 18 teams entered already.

NSA schedule, at least in Northern part of the State is pretty well done. There were a couple of weekends that had some conflicts. The Tournament in Kirtland is pretty much set again for Memorial Day Weekend, we will run the Maple Leaf Tournament the following weekend in Burton and I know Valley Extreme is going to run the one the following weekend. Chain Reaction is Father's Day weekend as listed above.

They have given tournament directors the tentative schedule and a meeting is coming up after the National NSA meeting around the 8th of the November.

I can't speak for others, but we will be sending our Maple Leaf stuff soon.

I have two scheduled for next Fall. The third weekend of September in Chillicothe and the Uniform Blowout in Chillicothe the third weekend of October. A date open for me in Wilmington and NSA is the first weekend of June but I am checking into a park to play it at right now. I think you will like the choice of Park as Wilmington is not available that weekend.
Hey, we moved the Fall National Qualifier to next weekend, November 8th and 9th. All divisions.

Heatin It Up will be June 6-8. At this point, it will likely be at Landmark Church again in Cincy. It is for all age groups 10u-16u. We typically have 32 teams total.

Valley Extreme Fastpitch Organization will be hosting 2 NSA National Qualifier tournaments.
May 3rd & 4th for the age groups of 10u, 12u, & 14u.
June 6th, 7th & 8th for all age groups.

Hey, Heat. Have a great tournament on June 8th and 9th as well as Valley Extreme. I'm stepping out in Wilmington on that weekend as the diamonds are not available. Banana Split Festival is that weekend and the Park is full of people with no parking. Qualify the teams so the summer never ends. Did anyone go to the NSA meeting Wednesday night in Fairlawn? Too far for me to drive from here. Lexington is much closer.....
