Relying on Softball Preparation Immersion Training (S.P.I.T.) to get through the cold (really, really cold) weather. Regimen includes lots of tee work, mixed in with some machine time, & a tad bit of indoor ball.

Also find myself checking Bear's countdowns quite frequently. Like watching water boil. Never quick enough.
