Come back when your talking about last year 14's and 16's not saying there aren't exceptions. What happens is one of the better core players leave to play on a more well known team like the lasers, the team that has the core group isn't able to replace her with a equal player and the slide begins. It happens every year without exception. Teams get complacent, players get complacent. Again, not talking your specific team LOL, I know there are going to be all kinds of posts to the contrary people talking about their 10u or 12u teams, but I want to hear from people in softball hot zones who are 16's and have 7 or 8 core players together since 10 or 11u AND run with the big dogs. Not the local B tournament kings. I want to know how its done, that's all , everybody these days has 11,12,13,14 u teams that's nothing new, keeping them together is. CGS is probably one of the smartest people on OFC, I was looking for advice from her LOL
