I dont think NAIA has an age limit. D3 uses different rules than D1 and D2. For those there is a waiver process that you could probably find on the NCAA websit .
About 15 years ago, a 60 year old finished up his eligibility playing D2 football. Not the smartest choice, but unless NCAA changed there rule, you should be able to play. And lots of athletes during their 5th take graduate courses.
