I just called the hotline (513-786-6938). The games are on schedule at both Pastime and Rumpke as of now. It looks like it just rained enough to knock the dust down. It looks like the next band to worry about is over Indianapolis. If we get lucky it will pass just north of us. There is also a band around Saint Louis that might just slip south of us. Both bands are moving fairly quickly. It's time to start praying to the softball Gods!
Like Len I called the rain line and it said games were on schedule at both fields. However, we are at a hotel and a different team just came back from Rumpke saying games are pushed back 1 hour. We are playing at Pastime and will go out there shortly to see what's up.
The next cell to come our way is just south of the I-465 loop in Indiana. It is currently moving East-Southeast, but it just might stay north of us. It's gonna be close, and it will enter Ohio around 9:30am.
well Static Teal tournament just outside Columbus IN has been cancelled entirely... on the way there and got the call... suuuuuuucccckkkk. No updated times, no pushed out or reduced times. Ki-bosh, killed, dead...Would have never guessed those fields not playable and Pastime is. Not a dig, most of those Indy fields I've been on were really ready to handle water. Good luck to those at Pastime. Go Static Black!!!!
A little "thumb" has sprouted in the cell and is on a crash course to Harrison. As a matter of fact it should be there just about now. It's small but the color is intense so there could be some heavy rain for a few minutes. Keep your fingers crossed!
