The coach does not have a daughter on the team... so no daddy ball.

Looking to add a 12th player to our roster.
I am looking for an outfielder and/or utility player, but technically ever position is up for grabs.
I want a player that is willing to work, but most of all is coachable (willing to learn).

I would prefer a 2008 (birth year) player, so they can stay with the team after this season, but I am open to 2007 players.
This is the the first year our team is together; we have a great group of girls & parents.

Practice is twice a week in Kings Mills for the winter.
We plan on playing 6 to 8 tournaments over the spring/summer.
This season we will only play in one 'out of town' tournament.

Players on the team have access to hitting lessons at a very discounted rate.

The Lookouts '07 Premier team based out of the Akron OH area has an opening for 2 more players. We have a strong team and are looking to add a premier-level hitter to our team.


We have a very professional coaching staff and Lookouts Program Director who are fully committed to player growth, no nonsense softball and playing the most competitive softball we can.


As a member of the Lookouts Fastpitch Organization, you get the following support as part of your fee:

· College recruiting seminars for families and players

· Financial Aid seminars with experts in the field and current college financial aid administrators.

· A dedicated College Recruiting Coordinator to help all families with the recruiting process.

· Team hitting instruction with Micaela Minner

· Defensive training at KSU Fieldhouse with Tracee McCoy

· Pitching clinics with Mandee Luers

· Coaches who are trained and mentored by the organization


Our professional instructors are tasked with giving advice and helping players with the mental aspect of the game but do not change what is working for players.


We are proud to say that we believe we are doing more for player development and family support than anyone else in Northeast Ohio. Our off-season training is second to none. We train at the Kent State Field House in the winter as a team, and will have individual team practices in addition to the program workouts.
