Ump ... was that 4-2 Wolfpack win in the final or earlier? How did the Slammers do overall? Congrats to Slammers for competing up at that level.

Maddogs go 6-0-1 to win the tourney
Final was:
Maddogs 7
Ashland Blaze 13u 0

We had to get thru the Pumas and the 14u Ashland Blaze today to get there.

Great job Maddogs!!

Pickle...that must have been a quarterfinal game between the Slammers and Wolfpack. The Phantoms, Lasers and both Wolfpack teams were still playing later in the evening.

So that means that they went 3 - 0 in the pool play? Or were there just 2 pool games?

3-0 in pool play. Lost to Wolfpack Black in 1st elim game. I asked Jamie how the Slammers finished with the 4 seed. He said that 4 teams went 3-0 in pool play, but the Slammers gave up the most runs. Could've easily been a 1 or 2 run difference.
