FYI...they are updating the brackets on www.registerasa.com You have to search for the tournament (I just put in Virginia with today's date and it came up), but it will take you to site where the updated brackets are.

Black, was knocked out early, Seems there was a few ohio teams there but they are gone, Fields are great, teams are very good and only 8 teams left.

Well, they went and got 2nd place in one of the toughest games all year.
They went 15 innings, played for 3 1/2 hours, ITB after the first 7, with the final score of 8-7 in the final game, thats after playing 2 games prior. Hell of a job!!
Congrats to the Miami Valley Vipers (Silver). Way to represent OHIO. See you all when you get home tomorrow..

Congratulations MV Vipers Silver! You had a very successful season that ended in a successful run at the Eastern B World Series. It was a pleasure to play you guys in Virginia. Unfortunately, it was in the first elimination game so one of us was going to have a long road back. When we lost 1-0, I told the tournament directors that they would see you in the final game. Congrats again. You represented our region, and Ohio well.

Darrell, thanks so much for this compliment. It was a real pleasure playing top notch teams at this Nationals. I will have to say, I knew our girls would have their work cut out for them when we found out that we were playing your team. You have a great team and they will be a force to reckon with in the future, wish you all the best and hopefully see you all again on the field.
