Does your H.S coach have to be a member of your district coach's association to have team members nominated for state and district awards? If not how are kids nominated?

I know in the Central District you have to be a paid member, attend 3 meetings and do 1 service requirement to be able to nominate and vote for players. If not that schools players are S.O.L!!

That is how it is in the Metro district for the district honors. Not for the state or conference.

That is how it is for all-metro and all-state in the SW district. Paid member, meeting requirement, and 1 work requirement. As far as all conference, coaches simply need to attend the league meeting and put up their players. No work requirement or meeting requirement for league recognition.
