we add it to the account... refund it at year's end along any other left over money. It's not mine... why do I get to keep it. If we need equipment, we can use it towards that too if the team agrees.

COOP may say you can use it at their Texas Hold'em coming up

Our organization appears to be keeping it all. I think we had maybe 10 teams and probably $300 to $400 in rainout refunds per team. Fair or not?

Huh? Did you say refund? My daughters team just cashed our second half payment check (that was turned in, in april) about 4 days ago. I thought maybe they lost it or they were letting me slide because i helped coach. I was angry at first, but rumor has it that they arent doing so well filling their turnover, so have a party on me boys...

Absolutely and so happy to do so! We are refunding our parents $44. They paid $300 and I'm sure happy to get some cash back!

Why does any team have the right to keep the cash "they haven't spent wisely"? Or towards the girls' developement? That's just how we do it... and I know there are reasons to not do that and I'm sure justifiable for some.
