Murph, hope we get to see you there. At present we have four Lasers teams and two Buckeye Heat teams playing in a side pool.

Neat idea, just dont be hogging those scouts during our games........................

Seems some tournaments say no coolers and then everybody walks in with one and no one says a word, so I suggest to have your coolers packed and ready as usual.

Kind of hard to tell me not to bring a cooler full of water for my kid in 90+ heat! If you see a chunky dark haired/gray haired lady raising a stink, it will probably be me! ;&

We did not have a problem last year with personal coolers being brought in by the players and with a team cooler for wet towels. I believe that the rule is directed at fans.

Are the brackets updated anywhere? I checked the website and they haven't been updated since first bracket games on Friday.

Some updates in the 16u Scores section but no they don't have any updated brackets posted at least not yet. They may do it when it's all over.

No they won't. They did a poor job. As an example, go to their web site and in big bold letters it says "UPDATED STATE BRACKET" but it's not. People were going there all weekend expecting something current but it never was. They started to Friday morning and just quit. They're quitters! It's about how they did everything. I didn't buy the weekend pass, paying daily and came out ahead because they didn't bother collect any money Sunday. haha

So yes it is too bad. Letting everyone see what happened at one of the biggest tournaments of the year would build interest, be good for ASA, be good for the sport, good for Ohio. Heck it would have been good for Findlay Fastpitch. Let everyone know they do things right.

I know some out there say if you criticize you are whining. They prefer you remain silent and just let things be bad, not get better. Don't bring attention to it. I say they are losers who are happy to be one! hahaha. Stay out of our way and let us move forward!!

Me thinks anyone org wanting to run a tournament should be required to study the Stingrays. They do fastpitch and tournaments right!
