The 2009 ASA 18U National Qualifier

All games will be held at Genshaft Park in Massillon, Ohio. The complex has 4 lighted fields, concession stand, restrooms, bleacher seating, warm-up area, and 200-foot home run fences.
Format:
(4) Game Guarantee (weather permitting), (2) pool-play games & double elimination. The ASA National Qualifier may be adjusted at ANY time due to unforeseen weather related issues. The Tournament Director along with ASA or ASA Code may adjust the tournament rules prior, during or anytime they may need to finish the tournament.
Pool games MAY begin as early as 10:00am on Friday, June 26th. Double elimination MAY start as early as Friday night at 8:00PM (1 game only) this would depend on the total amount of teams that enter.
Entry Fee: $350.00
An entry form along with a check for $350.00 will confirm your spot. Absolutely NO refunds after Thursday June 18, 2009. Entry cut off will be Thursday June 18, 2009.

Gate Fee:
1) Adults $6.00 per day per person or $15.00 weekend pass.
2) Senior Citizens 55+ $4.00 per day.
3) Children under the age of 12 will be FREE.
$1.00 per ticket sold, will be going towards the (Special Needs Athletes) League sponsored by Forty Corners Church in Massillon.
Team Awards:
1st place ? Team trophy, individual awards, and a Berth to ASA Nationals - 18u in Las Vegas, Nevada
2nd place ? Team trophy, individual awards, and a Berth to ASA Nationals - 18u in Las Vegas, Nevada
3rd place ? Team trophy ? A POSSIBLE BERTH to ASA Nationals - 18u in Las Vegas, Nevada
Coaches Check ? In:
Check-in will be held at Genshaft Park. Prior to ANY of YOUR games starting you must check in and have ALL the proper paperwork. YOUR team WILL NOT step on the field until this has been finalized at the check in table with the Tournament Director(s). ALL teams must be ASA Sanctioned, turn in a completed ASA Roster, show proof of insurance (ASA I.D. Cards if you have them will be fine), and/or have birth certificates available on request and have a completed City of Massillon Liability Form. Liability Form can be downloaded from our website along with an official entry form.
All OFFICIAL schedules and brackets will be posted at Genshaft Park and on the internet at www.eteamz.com/ohiowolfpack (The brackets and schedules AT GENSHAFT will be the ?OFFICIAL? information.
