love the numbers of 8u-9u's showing up! They are pouring in! Looks like we're for sure having that young group this year! Ryan and William have a great job so far with them.

Maybe our region does want fast pitch at a young age! Love seeing progress.

additional tryout format changes for tomorrow. Continuous improvement in full effect and we live off of your suggestions and our evolving needs to stay ahead. We recognize improvements are needed to handle such large numbers of attendees and are rolling out some new stuff. This isn't new, we've had to revamp our entire program as to how we coach (not tell) all the way through needing to totally change and improve our exposure program... always getting better is our key!

The Static has evolved our tryouts over the years to meet the needs of the Static organization/ teams while trying to ensure the ladies and parents that attend our tryouts come away with a great experience.

As we continue to update our processes to meet the player numbers attending the tryouts and our coaching/teams we want to "make sure" we continue to bring high quality opportunities to the ladies attending our events.

The Static Organization would like to thank all the families and players of all age groups for coming to our tryouts. After 3 long days and roughly 400 to 500 players later I believe all age groups had great success in filling their teams. With that being said, there might still be a few teams needing specific needs. These coaches will list their needs and it will also be updated on our website. Once again, thank you to everyone that came out and the Static Org. does wish everyone the best of luck.

Thanks to everyone who came to a tryout to give our organization a look. WE always are trying to improve on everything we do & based on self assessment & some feedback, we modified our last tryout from the first two to improve. I think we did that but will make even further improvements for next yr's tryouts. I hope every player found their perfect home & has a tremendous Fall & 2014 season.

Most teams are full and some are filling remaining spots. We had a tremendous turnout appreciate those that even considered us as an option. Very humbling.

Best try=outs I've ever been apart hands down, no standing around everyone diving unbelievable. Want to say Thank You to all the girls who came out for our team as Les said its humbling and I hope you all find great teams to be apart of. Also would again like to Thank Les and Kavin for letting us be apart of this Org. Hands down these two and the other coaches are it for the right reasons. Thanks again.

The comments that are spread through-out this thread is why I wanted my DD to play for an organization like Static. Top of the class org. that my DD can learn, compete, and grow with. That's why I am pleased, proud, just about every emotion one can think of that we will be traveling almost half way across the state to join Andrea and the 11u Static. The DD and fam can't wait.
