My youngest dd (8 YO) is playing on a team that is playing a lot of NSA this year. Today her coach informed me that her glove is illegal. He got me a copy of the NSA rule book and on page 18 is the statement: Gloves that are entirely gray, white, or optic are illegal.
In that statement the word "entirely" is italicized and underlined. DD's glove is white with black lacing, and black and green (non optic) lettering. Does that really meet the definition of illegal?
She loves this glove and we really labored to get her one she liked. If it's illegal I am open to suggestions for dying it another color. Glove is Easton SY115FP. Here is a link to a picture of it: http://www.justballgloves.com/product.view.aspx?p=10305
