I live in the area and attended some of the tournaments at that park in the past and might do again for the right opportunity, but I see this is your first post and wanted to give you some feedback/advice, especially since I don't remember ever seeing any college coaches at the past tourneys I attended there.
Lots of tourney directors want to call their tourneys college showcases, but if you call it that, you are going to be asked to "prove it". Now some local teams will just sign up because it's a close by tournament, but most true travel team coaches are going to want to see a list of coaches who have committed to attend and/or at least what your plan is to bring in such coaches. Perhaps you already have such plans, and if you do, you should share them here. If you don't, I'd recommend you take out the reference to it being a college showcase until you do, or you risk losing a lot of credibility. Not trying to be overly critical ... just trying to help.
