Starting next week I will be writing a weekly article about hitting and hitting training. The series will be written from the perspective of a new student coming in for training and how we take them from new student to elite hitters. Since many on here are beyond the introductory phase of hitting, the initial articles may not answer questions you may have. Because of this, I will be happy to answer any questions or review video to help those at any stage of the process.
