Many years ago DD said "I don't want to wear a mask because it looks silly, and nobody else is wearing one"
To which I replied "NO, Silly is how you would look missing 8 of your front teeth." :lmao:
After investing several thousands of dollars in braces for her teeth I told DD "You only have to wear it if you pitch or play 1st or 3rd"
Flash several years forward. I do NOT required any players to wear a mask (except my DD) but all of the coaches HIGHLY recommend masks for P, 1st, 3rd. If parents say you wear a mask, YOU WEAR A MASK!!!
DD has personally witnessed MANY line drives that have resulted in trips to the hospital.
Our team currently has 7 of 12 use Rip-It masks, Depending on what positions they are playing.
DD LOVES her Rip-Hit and Plays even MORE AGGRESSIVE with it on.
