Halloween howl fest

Buckeye Heat 93 won the Halloween Howl Fest and a berth to ASA Eastern Nationals by defeating Crush Fastpitch 2-0.

The Heat team got a single, a walk, and a clutch double in the top of the seventh inning to score the game's only runs.

Crush Fastpitch had advanced to the finals by beating the Lady Irish (from Toledo) 4-3 in one semi-final game. Heat 93 defeated Ohio Kaos 3-1 in the other semi-final game.

Heat 93 finished the weekend at 5-0-1.

All the competition at the 16U age group was very good.

Thanks for the update. Hated to leave that Kaos game in progress, super delighted to hear that the momentum stayed with 93. We're hoping our schedules overlap some this summer so we can have our team watch your games. Any mentoring from the 93 players would be totally welcomed and appreciated!!!!
