high school spring break tourneys

Please don't laugh at this incredibly dumb question for January, but I am a parent of a senior player, playing for a high school program with a lot of heart and not much experience playing outside of the normal league schedule. The coach is interested in taking the team to a spring break tournament. I have tried to search, but am not successful. I understand that we are on a waiting list for something at Myrtle Beach - not likely that we'd get into the tourney, but the director says she guarantees us 5 games. Can anyone help here? Are there other tournaments that we could still get into? Where would I find that info?

Try looking at Disney's Wide World Of Sports. They have a GREAT Tournament and it is beautiful in Florida in late March or early April.

I know our High School is playing in a tournament in TN during spring break. I know the dates are 4/11 - 4/14 and I think it is in Chatanooga.

Here is the info that I have on Myrtle Beach

1st tournament we went to was the Grand Strand Softball Classic.

2nd Tournament we attended was at Socastee High School. I think the name of it was the Lady Braves Invitational.

Both very good tournaments. The first is bigger and have more teams. They play all there games in the mornings from like 8:00am - 2:00pm so you have the rest of the day off.
The second tournament will schedule you at different times if you want.

Our High school team goes to FL. It is easy to reseach any tournament. Use EZTEAM.com Go to that State and go to tournaments for that state. .
