Many times I have seen a team lose 2-0,1-0,10-0 I over heard a coach say after a 7-0 loss "well the pitching just wasn't there for us today" And I have also heard the players and parents complain about pitching, errors, umpires, and even the way the wind was blowing.

Sorry but I find this hillarious when the team didnt even score a point and point the blame to the pitchers or coaches for that matter. I personally have never seen a win or loss at 0-0 lol Gotta score to win ladies

Actually you can lose a 0 - 0 game. I did in a rain shortened tourney. Timed game 45 minutes or something. We both had great pitching. We ran the bases badly early and it boiled down to the team with runner at 2nd base. We both had 2. They very late in the game bunted with a runner at 2nd and advanced that runner to third. We made the play to first not even think about You got they had the only runner to third.
Lost a 0 - 0 game. So it actually can be done, and this was an elimination game and not a pool game.
Thanks

Tough break! So because they got the only runner to third you lost? Never been in that situation very interesting

We lost a 0-0 pool game at Stingray one year. Later I overheard the coach of the other team saying they shutout Classics Black.... which wasn't a really a lie

Won 0-0 at NSA State tourney last year at Tealtown. Won because we had more runners get to third base. That was a fine Stata Tourney to remember. ^_^!

Wow, this scab just never gets a chance to heal.... ^_^!

Wow, this reminds me of the old college Flag Football days, when tie games were decided by which team moved the ball the furthest in overtime if neither team could score a touchdown.
