There is also a video showing the study. I'm not smart enough to figure out how to post it, but the second swing after the weight is removed shows how bad the swing is at first till the player adjusts. It was what Howard posted some time ago about the hands and bat being cast, till the player adjusts to not having the weight. I will try to see if I can at least post the link.
