DODGE CITY, Kan. – Ashley Reyna (SO/Harlingen, TX) went 2-for-4 and drove in two runs Monday to spark the University of Houston-Victoria Jaguars to a 6-1 win over the Bellevue Bruins in the opening game of the Dodge City Bracket of the NAIA Opening Round Softball Championship.


The Jaguars (32-10) now advance to the winner's bracket where the will face Arts and Science of Oklahoma at 11 a.m.. on Tuesday. The Bruins fall to 44-19 and will face the Avila loser in an elimination game at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday. UASO defeated Avila 6-3 in the other opening-round game.

DECATUR, Ala. -- After a hot start to the tournament, Mobile was defeated by Blue Mountain in the 2nd game of day 2 of the SSAC Championship. This is the Rams only loss in the double-elimination tournament and now Mobile must play 3 on Saturday for chance at title.

DECATUR, Ala. -- After a disappointing evening on Friday, in which University of Mobile softball lost the game that would've put them in to the SSAC Championship final (read more about that here), and an unfortunate weather delay on Saturday, the Rams were staring at a tough road to the SSAC Championship title. The Rams needed to win 3 games in a row on Sunday to claim the conference title.
