New to travel softball coaching!!!

Hello Everyone,
I am new to OFC and also new to Travel coaching. Is there any pointers that you would like to share with me. I'm not asking for all of your secrets, just some.

I just wanted to say thanks to all who have offered advice. In our first tourney this weekend we took 2nd and my girls had a great time! I do have to admit that it took a long time for me to find out how to read the responses to my thread! hehehe

We are playing now...Played in two tourny's, took second the first tourny (lost starting pitcher and 1st base....got killed second tourney...played with 5 new girls)
